Bad dr performance chip?

I bought my truck in 04 with a Dr. Performance stage three chip. Its rated up to 125hp or 150hp. I know the chip wont give me that but with the right modifications it could. Since then i have added Airdog 100, AFE intake, ATS exhaust manifold, Banks intake manifold, BD Diesel turbo elbow, and a MBRP 4 inch turbo back exhaust. With all of that it still feels like the chip isnt doing anything. I can take it off and tell no difference from when its on. I know it has the relays to be wired into a boost and egt guage. I know the power isnt rated at the wheels and that it wont make 150hp straight out of the box but i thought i would atleast be able to tell a difference. Now could the chip be bad or do i need to wire in guages to get the full potential of it? :argh:

What kind of mileage are you getting maybe its the VP44 injection pump.

i get 17-18 in town and 20-21 out on the interstate. every once in a blue moon the truck will sorta "hickup" i guess it what u would call it. If i take it long trips and have been driving for about 8 hours, around 2000 rpm, the truck will act like it dies and then fires right back up again. this takes place in the time it takes me to look down at the dash. In a 28 hour trip it happended twice on the way there and once on the way back. It only seems to do it when ive been running evenly on smooth ground and havent changed my throttle position at all. Help with that too would help me alot!!!
