what you think bout the drop in air filters?

Default what you think bout the drop in air filters?

like the k&n and all the filters you use the stock box with? ive seen some that are not flat in acutally sticks down into the box. whats the scoop on em?

The scoop is that they dont seal well at all. Dont run it. The stock airbox isnt a very good setup imho.

i have afe's and love it i blow air on the media every couple thousand and keep truckin mine seals great! better than the BHAF on the first gen.

i have tha AFE intake as well its a great design, makes the whistle so much nicer tune

on the vulcan web site there is a bhaf its a donaldson air filter you guys ever hear of these of use them?

Dont get the BHAF - get a washable/reusable BHAF. AEM Dryflow and AEM workhorse or a AFE ProDry S.

yeah but money is tight right now i could spend the 40 on the bhaf but not 200 some thin for a washable one

I Did NOT say to buy the whole intake - they are not $200 - I bought a Prodry S for $55...fits the same as a BHAF. Do a little searching around for yourself.






Why is it that some people ask for advice, you tell them and the keeping doing the same thing they did before?

i have been lookin i have never found one that cheap where is that? Yeah im askin for advice and opinions which means i dont have to take it dont hurt you shoundnt bother you.
