What Shocks to Run

I have a 2001 Dodge Ram 2500. I need to replace the front shocks. I want to go with something besides stock. I am either going with the Magnums or the Rancho 5000's. I do alot of towing, mostly a 28' enclosed race trailer and I do get offroad quite a bit with hunting land. What would be the better buy for my case?:humm:

I've tried em all and went back to the Bilstein 5100's. Only shock I'll buy now especially for towing and hauling weight.

I'll second that, I had the Bilstein 5100's on my '05, as soon as I bought the '97, I put the 4600's on it. It's the exact same shock, just for non lifted applications.

how much are those

Hollar at Cbrahs/High Desert Ravelco, he's a sponsor here and had the best price when I was checkin around or post a thread in the quotes wanted section.

Ive got the 4600's on mine and there a great shock compared to the stock junk.

I am 8900lbs and the KYB's been holding good on my welding truck.
