fass ?
i dont know if i have the fass 150 or 95. the number on the filter is ws1001. i need to cahnge i think n i need to get the right filters.

the ws1001 is the water separator and you can clean that out. I don't know the cross for the 95 series as that is what I have. you should be able to read what you have on your tag on the pump
---AutoMerged DoublePost--- I believe you have the 150 according to what I read online so this should help FASS - Fuel Air Separation System - fassride.com |
well i just looked n i do have the 150. ff1010 n ws1001. what micron is the best to use. n whats the diff in them
|
the smaller the micron the better the filtration. I would just clean the ws. So I myself would go 3micron but thats whats stock on my 95 series.
|
good deal man. do you just rinse out the ws or is there more required.
|
they say gas or alcohol is a good cleaner for it. drain water separator, remove it partially fill the water separator with diesel fuel (gas or alky works great). gently shake the water separator while draining into a suitable container then reinstall and make sure you close the valve on the bottom when done. lube seal with oil not fuel.. hope that helps. I couldn't find a link online so this is coming out of my owners manual

thanks alot. will do.
