torque dog install by bullydog

Hi all, got a glitch. I hooked up my torquedog, and it worked on a test run, then i turned it off and parked the truck, the next morning I went to start the dodge and it only turned over half a turn. I could not believe the batterys were low, checked with volt meter and was at 12.2volts. I got a jump and it started, drove and stopped many places thru the day and no problems ( not using the torquedog) then I went home and on the way went up a long hill an turned on torquedog and it worked in both settings, then shut it off and continued on home. I pulled to front of my shop and shut her off, went around to unlock the bay door and tried to start it, only turned half turn. I hooked up a jumper batt. and it still would't turn over. Then I hooked up a charger to the jumper batt. still won't make a full revolution. I got this idea to disconnect the batt. termanals to reboot the computer, hit the brake pedal got out and hooked up the battery's turned the key she fired right off. Is this torquedog belly up? Can it be adding to much timing and not goining back to stock:argh:? It has a definit engine change from first setting to second setting and back to stock. Any help would be appreicated. Thanks from Frank 99 dodge 24 valve with airdog
