need help Im blowing head gaskets

This is the third head gasket in six months Im running ARP studs and about 45 psi of boost max now I had the head sufaced two times and still blowing I tighten the studs to 120 ft lb and bow it and the last time I tighten them too 150 ft lb and retighten them hot after about 200 miles of city driving and no hot roding at all no chip just my 150 hp injectors. any budy had this happen to them too. Im blowing it in the front and it leaks oil BAD no oil in the antifreeze and no antifreeze in the oil and no steam coming from the stacks at all. any good ideas any ? thanx James walters :argh:

You say you had the head surfaced twice, did they ever check tolerances on the block.

Sounds like a warped block. :ouch::ouch:

could be a warped block or could be a torquing procedure error. How do you torque the bolts? in what order? You mentioned only retorquing them once. If I were you I would retorque them about 2-3 times(preferably three) marking the nut and stud each time break the nut loose then retorque it.

I thought about this but if it's blowin in the same spot every time it has to be a tolerance issue. So either his machine shop is jackin him around or the block is warped is the most likely things I could think of.

Could be a warped block, but it could also be the guys not re-torquing the studs enough... I did mine 8 times, then 2x more at the next oil changes. The front of the block is going to see the worst heat sink issues. Its the last to warm fully (thanks to the fan blowing on it), and the first to cool, along with the quickest. Un-torqued studs don't take kindly to heat cycles. But, while its off, check the block to make sure its straight.
