Good advice. I'm already running a VA V5 box (timing only I think) and try to keep line pressure up as best I can; trying to keep 3rd gear lockup RPMs always over 1800 RPMs and never lug it.

What did you mean by VS injectors?? Very small?? :)

I'm thinking that if I can keep the HX under 32PSI of boost with the Mach 1s I'll be ok EGT wise.

I missed where you already had a box installed.

My only caution is trans related. The HX can keep up when unloaded, but full throttle loaded, it's a stretch. A larger housing will help, and beyond that, a hybrid or a small S300.

Yeah,I missed the VA Box in the original post too.

Optimized spray angles or not,the Bosch RV275s I have in my 3500 are about right,if all you need is a little more power.
When I had the Edge on loan from my mom it seemed to be a bit much, but I pull trailers about 50% of the time,so I have to think about drivetrain longevity a little more than some people do.

(still thinking about bigger injectors cause' I can't help but wanting to put the D-Maxes in they're place with authority):5:

Btw Fishin2Deep,what injectors IYO are the ones to get,if you are willing to upgrade the turbo,or drive by the gauges?

Gotta admit, never heard of the "spray angle issue"
