Non Wastegated HX35

I have a hx35/40 and ended up with a 14cm non wastegated housing. I want to sell this to a friend who is stock + edge comp. I want it to work good for him.

what boost levels will he see? Are there any problems running non wastegated? If so, does anyone have a 12cm wg housing from a 12v to sell?

May be laggy w/o sticks

12Cm is stock on the HX I had one but cant find it

Non gated with the Comp also means that he's gonna have to watch his boost and keep it under control with the go pedal so he doesn't blow the turbo or a head gasket.

Actually it works pretty good, mine never got over 40psi with rv275's with the adrenaline, lag is just a little bit more but, you will not notice it after a couple days.

thanks, should be okay for him then if he does not go much above the HP he is at currently

well i was at 360 on fuel only with the 12cm and it will take alot more now with the 14cm on it seen a drop of about 150 degrees in temps.

I wouldnt suggest it without a keen and attentive eye to the boost and egt's..

but then again i ran my hy-9 above 50 psi for 6 months with no probs
