tuner car intercooler on cummins
My idea i had while listening to my proffesor ramble on in class was to use a intercooler i had seen for the 240sx on my pulling truck, as a slim price alternative to a $1500 spearco intercooler. The intercooler i found is made by cx racing and is bar plate design and at 270 bucks new its sounds like a real good deal. My question is how well will this work or will it be any better than my leaky stock one. The specs:
Intercooler Core Size 24"x11"x3", Overall Size 31"x11"x3", 2.75" Inlet & Outlet, 3" Thick Core. on a stock Cummins, 30"x11.5"x1.5 " long and poor extruded tube design. :pca1: a link: cxracing.com: Front Mount Intercooler Kit For 89-94 Nissan 240SX S13 Chassis with SR20DET Engine Swap Heres a video of it on a 240sx motor
