Diesel Dummy 04-03-2008 06:40 PM

Now these updates should be with the rj tune as a baseline right.

Thanks

Jazz 04-03-2008 06:49 PM

Not sure on that one.:humm:

Lostnwalmart 04-03-2008 07:11 PM

i think that was the idea but not shure

DB Admin 04-03-2008 07:13 PM

Just updated

Thanks Jazz

Worked on Vista too !!

cummins724 04-03-2008 10:34 PM

RowJ tune is the baseline. Production tunes are RowJ with less Aggressive fueling/timing. Aggressive files are 100% RowJ + features added. Quad has TT, High idle & speedo bugs worked out with these files also.

Speedo bugs? Is this for the pulse?

Are you talking about the tune I sent to ya? That is the ROWJ tune that works great on my truck. I finally have very little or no surging at all. They also updated all the tunes based on that tune. If you want a wicked tune I have comp tune that is unreal. Definately not a daily driver or even really streetable:w2: But it sure is fun to play with:c:

New tunes are on the site!!!!!

Lostnwalmart 04-15-2008 11:15 PM

the new tune is sweet! feels 15% more powerfull but still falls on it face at 3600 rpm,but for most thats great!.

DB Admin 04-16-2008 05:06 AM

yes im running the tune you sent me and the bucking is 10 fold in TC LU 45mph

jkidd 04-24-2008 01:14 PM

I heard that the pulse is going to be delayed until mid-late may... anyone know different?

Jazz 04-24-2008 06:45 PM

Here is what quad had posted 4/24/08

We are trying to get them out by the end of next week. No promises but, that is our goal.

I can tell you that if you do not order it from someone or have not ordered it from someone you are going to be WAY down the list most likely. We already have tons and tons of backorders for the Pulse.

I noticed also today that on the Quadzilla site there are a couple new tunes out. There is a ADR 3000 and a dyno tune

Cumminsdieselboy 04-24-2008 08:56 PM

well we just got ours in the mail today, tomorrow night were gonna install it. Any tips for install? how do you route the wire for the controller into the cab? we are prolly gonna want to play every now and again. so what is a good tune for all out performance? i know the dyno tune on quad's website says not streetable. just wondering.

Thanks
Cody

Routing the cable through the fire wall isn't to bad at all. If you have any ?'s when you begin install post back here and I'm sure someone will help ya out as soon as possible:U: As far as tunes any of the ADR 2000 tunes are good. I haven't tried the ADR3000 or dyno tune yet. Maybe that s something I should do today:humm:

yj junker 04-25-2008 06:09 AM

routing the wire through the fire wall is easy, hard part is finding the data plug that is supposed to be by the drivers side engine mount, mine was up by the front cover under the engine id tag good luck and enjoy
