strange compound turbo question

hi there, i am doing a compound build for a friend and i have all of the cold piping on the way, i just have a few questions that maybe you fellow diesel bombers can help me figure out. the setup is a large turbo built by Detroit Diesel Allison, id tag says this, PN-8921391, SN-ND0244,the compressor side has 16 blades total, or 8 blades with 1 smaller blade behind each large blade. inside the compressor housing outlet it is stamped with a .75. exhaust housing has a A/R 1.39 cast into it. the hot side of this compound setup is where i am having a few issues, i have a diagram of a T6 turbo flange that's dimension'ed but the dimensions don't exactly match the flange on this turbo. this turbo flange ID is 3.5" x 2 3/8" bolt holes are 3/8", bolt centers are 4 7/16" x 2 3/4". od of flange is 5 1/4" x 3 5/8". it is fairly close to a t6 flange, will a t6 work or do i need a different one/ make one myself? also the exhaust outlet on the big charger at the v-band flange measures od-5 1/8" id-4 5/8" is this a standard size for a 5" v-band flange? thank you very much for all of your help, ill post a build thread as soon as the parts start showing up.

any help is greatly appreciated.

i found out after research that the turbo is a TV6141. does anyone have any knowledge of if this turbo is any good or what its limitations/ benefits are?
