super chips vivid

does anyone have any experience with the super chips vivid tuner
I love all the features but if it has any issues whats the point?

They are not known to be one of the better ones to get for these trucks. Smarty is the #1 programmer, Quadzilla and Edge seems to have these truck figured out for the higher HP fueling boxes.
