fuel pressure gauge setup
I have my fuel gauge going to the top of my filter and the plastic hose may break so I want a electric I'm thinking how do the work and how / where are they installed

Typically a tapped Banjo bolt on the inlet of the VP44 is the way to go. Use a snubber for sure to protect the sender from the pressure spikes the VP can create.

Yes, like RAW said make sure you get a snubber, for whatever reason the shop that installed mine when I had it in for a few other things decided not to put one on, sender lasted a few months and that was it. Senders are not cheap. Almost the cost of the whole gauge. Snubber's are cheap.

I am interested in this as well. I'd like to put a backup fuel gauge in. Do you always need a snubber? My edge fuel pressure sender is right by the pump (like they said to do). I have no snubber. I don't believe one came in the edge kit either.
