Id look into doing the 60lbs valve springs as long as you dont plan on doing anything over 4000 rpm. If you worried id go with the bigger ones. But general rule of thumb is 60lbs for 4000 rpm.

Would going with 110 Springs be a problem at all if you didn't have aftermarket tappets and Push Rods? And would they give trouble for a DD in the lower RPM Range?

i would say you would have more problem with the stock keepers pushing through with 110's at higher rpms befor bent pushrods???

So if you put in the titanium, aftermarket keepers and such, would the 110# function right on a daily driver still driving in lower RPM for majority of the time? Or would it struggle trying to open the valves at the lower RPMs for long duration?

they would work just fine. how many R's are you looking at turning. pretty large investment for almost not if you arnt over 4k. 60lbs springs and stock everything elso work fine with a 4gsk kit. the valve can pull through the stock keepers at high rpms and it would make matters worse if the spring tension was higher on top of that. all depends on what you need. the cam/pushrods/rockers open the valve. the springs return then to closed. generally higher tension springs will close the valve faster which is what is needed in the higher rpms so you dont float valves.
