detroit e-locker, or arb?

alright im sure this has been talked about, but whats better i want a selectable locker on front and back, for snow/mudding reasons. i need to know what is a better buy. i herd arb lines like to leak, so i was thinking a electric detroit?

Something to think about is that with the ARB, you'd need to get an air system if you don't already have one. I'd go with the Detroit, personally.

i like arb personally. having the onboard air will not only engage ur locker...u can run train horns...rear helper bags....air up tires and so on and so on. but detroit is known for a solid product also. and i have never had a line leak on any of my previous vehicles that had arb's

Detroit locker! But even better, the Auburn Ected, it's a posi, to locker, instead of open to locker like the Detroit and ARB. :tu:

In theory it's a great idea, in reality it's a POS...

I wheeled Petersons's U.A. 2010 (I was the guy with the ranger) and Matt in his green chevy (cover truck) couldn't keep his together. It wouldn't lock and would make horrible noises in L/S mode....

ARB's are reliable, easy to use and the lines aren't really a problem if you are careful with the routing, just like brake lines....
