12v fuel plate installed.!
if you want milage you may have to consider getting smaller injectors.i don't think the 250's will be very efficent.it looks to me from the the pict's that your turbo is too small to burn the amount of fuel your dumping in,thats why the constant haze.my buddy's 95 w/370 marine injectors #4 fuel plate added timing stock hx 35 4in exhaust gets 25mpg on the high way.the truck has so much power that the frame flex's when you jump on it.i'm working toward setting up my 89 w/95 Ppump motor the same way cuzz it works so well.i think if you just up grade your turbo at this point you'll be much better off & by the way i have a hx 40 thats wastegated w/a new down pipe for sale.if intersted PM me i'll make ya a good deal.
turbo 2332 is right the 35 will bolt right up and if you look at my first reply about how my buddy's truck runs w/the 35 it makes incredible power.but if your still interested i have the down pipe forsale with the hx40 turbo.
gov springs are the #1 power adder for a stock truck. night and day difference. hx40's didn't come on any trucks factory decause they were a bit too laggy. for a mild built truck they are a decent turbos. you can get a few more ponies out of the 40 as well.
