i didnt get to take pics un fortunatley. It was really simple. once the 241 was out we took the 271 and test fit it to see if there was clearence issues. i had to hammer one of the ribs in the floor flat and dent the corner near the outside rear seat bolt on the drivers side, once there was enough room the 271 slid right in and bolted up perfectly. Took the shift actuating arm of the 241 and bolted it on the 271. the only thing i had to do with the old linkage was flip it over and adjust it and it goes in all the gears very smoothly. the slip yoke came from dodge- cost me 63 bucks and the rear deiveshaft i had a local shop make. It came out to be just over one inch shorter than stock. the front shaft bolts right up and works fine. havent figured out the speedo just yet-thats next. but it went in and works so much better than my old one. and no frame clearence issues like i thought

I just finished going through mine the other night, the 271 is a monster inside I highly dout I'm ever going to break it. I'm glad to hear that your install went pretty easy cuz I'm doing mine this afternoon :tu:

well just got her in ... did not have to beat or bend the floor at all. For once something actually slid right into place

good luck. the worst part was getting the yoke from dodge. the parts guys are worthless around here. they want nothing to do with you if you want to take 5 min of thier time

I already have the slip yoke ... and don't feel too bad the parts guys around here are the exact same way
