trackbar
So, at 56k miles I get to do the trackbar.
Any suggestions on replacement parts? I see things as cheap as Luke's Links rebuild kit for 70 bucks, to adjustable trackbars for 400 dollars plus. |
poly performance sell a kit that allows you to use a track bar from a 03 that has the solid eyelets on both ends, i also recommend getting the steering box stabilizer kit as well,, i have both on my 96 dually, it fixed the death wobble for good and helped my steering box too, been under there for bout 6 years now, best mod i did, you should see if any of the venders on here can help you out as many of them give good discounts to the members,,:c:

Heres the 3 top fixes - in no particular order
1) Thurenfab - http://thurenfabrication.com/ 2) DT Profab - http://www.dtprofab.com/ 3) Solid Steel - 3 rd gen trackbar conversion with a 3 rd gen trackbar - http://www.solidsteel.biz/ - they also have a second gen trackbars minus the conversion |
