a1 technologies studs vs arp studs

I have been reading on some other forums the difference on the two different studs. I have searched on here and cant find anything on the difference between the two. I am leaning towards the a1 studs cause you dont have to machine the pedstals down, just grind some of the webbing out of the valve cover. I also read that the a1 studs were designed by haisley machine with a1 for the 12vs. As for arps, i guess you have to machine the pedastls down cause you dont get enough of the stud sticking out of the nut. Would like to here some opinions on either one here. Which one is better?

I hve and only run A1s every place i hve known arp is just buying the name and from fellow puller friends they only trust a1s, i hve the higher tensile strenth A1s not the 400$ set i think mine were around 700-800 or so if i remember right, just watch what you buy
