I HAVE VERIFIED THAT THE TIMING HAS NOT SLIPPED. I CANNOT SEEM TO FIND A CHART WITH HIGHER TIMING SPECS

im just going to throw this out here and say that your turbo is too small

turbo to small is just gonna be unburnt fuel imo. timing has somethin to do with it. soundin like injectors till u said its fine under a load.
