or if you want to turn some rpm, In nick's and myselfs case were both turning 5k and need a better spring/retainer set up.

ok, i've got stock retrainers and keepers...

i want to turn it a little more since i think my 3.73s are crap....

Currently i can rev it around 3200rpm with no load but it stops around 3000rpm-ish while in gear & under load...

let's say i'd get 4k GSK ??? i'd be able to rev 4000rpm under load ?

the highest underload rpm I could get with 4k's was 3700 - 3800 and free rev to 4000. anything higher than that on my pump was very touchy to drive

Im wondering where all these 3.73 ratios are coming from all of a sudden? I thought we couldnt get 3.73 in our trucks without switching to a 3rd gen axle

currently have 5k springs in my pump now, I played around with the 4k's in my old 175 pump.
