#4 puking oil

it was running fine, then i put the new injectors in and ran it down the strand, it was night so i couldnt really see much and it seemed fine so i parked it and went to sleep. woke up the next day, started it up and there was smoke comin out the stack, whitish gray, i thought it might just be some haze from all the fuel, so i took it around base a little bit and it was pretty much impossible to drive without pouring smoke, whitish gray still, i stomped it and it turned black, but still a lot of smoke when i was drivin easy, so i parked it.i come back later and notice a little oil under it, so i pop the hood and look, and it looks like its comin from the top turbo, start it up and sure enough a very light mist is comin out between the hotpipe and the exhaust housing, so i pull the turbo off and it seems fine, then i notice oil in the back half of the manifold, so i pull the manifold off and see that the oil was comin from #4.
so im thinkin stuck valve, or bad rings

could be a valve seal bad, but im not sure if it could leak that much oil. someone with more knowledge will chime in

i could also be a bad valve stem seal, i have seen those go bad on a cr, can you smell the oil burning in your exhaust?

not that i noticed, im not sure that it was burning it, seeing as how it was coming out of the turbo while it was running
