What Brand of converter?
Has anyone heard of used a converter from ARI Industries? :humm: They sound like they make a good converter. Sonnoax parts, so on and so forth. If you havent heard of them you may want to look them up at www.ariindustries.net

i would prefer a proven brand.... dont like being a test dummy.:td:
Anyone else have any input? FYI they offer a one year no questions asked free replacement warranty and a service plan where you can have your converter rebuilt for $145 I am probably going to give them a shot Unless anyone knows where I can buy a proven brand for $450
good luck.. let us know how it works!!!!
Someone has to be the test dummy:argh::s: or we wouldn't have any proven brands to turn to I'll keep everyone apprised as to how it all goes. They also sell upgraded valve bodies Torque Converter

you ,ay wanna try the triple disk if you plan for alot of power.
Not palning alot of power until I can afford a second truck.
you can not get a good converter for that price. it is a fact, and you are better off saving your money and doing it right once.
We shall see I'm going with it. Thanks to all who weighed in
any thing has to be better than the OE
---AutoMerged DoublePost--- if you dont intend on making alot of power i bet it would hold up |
