aftermarket camshafts
 
has anyone ran or run a colt cam? whats ur thoughts or opinions on them? all we be greatly appreciated

yes I have, there cores are not the best. For a mild build it will be fine but for a competition truck you will need something better.

geoff at colt cams was good to talk with, just had his stage 2 quick spool cam installed, still testing it out, so far seems to have the same turbo lag with the stock cam. overall glad I went with him.

so you swap cams and the spool up did not change?

Yea going to recheck my timing, and fine tune the pump,I tryed it gutted for a short while, just put the arm back in w/o my 100 plate, and see what happens. but also the ats 5ooo as a single is also a little big.
