Default Ceramic clutch

Alright it's time for a new clutch on my truck and I'm trying to decide wat clutch to use. I was looking at a button ceramic clutch but my transmission guy says those clutches tear stuff up in ur tranny any ideas?

They are very grabby and can cause issues with your drivetrain. If your doing a single disc go with the Ceramic/Kevlar.
