how much boost????

im driving myself nuts and decided its time to ask for your guys input, i have a 95 auto and when i was running everything stock except for a #5 3/4 forward, 90hp injectors(stock timing) intake and exhaust- i was getting 43lbs out of my stock charger, now i have everything in my sig and can barely squeeze 38ish out of it???? i have checked for intercooler leaks and i have a slight bubble out of one of the tubes but nothing to cause major loss, or does the hx40 put out a lower boost?? fuel pressure doesnt fall below 5psi so im not running out of fuel but i know it should stay around 20 at wot, the 40 has a 14cm housing on it and it uses the same turbine wheel as the stock 12cm, i have aslo screwed around with afc but it didnt change, the truck still runs great i can go from 45 to 70 in a heart beat, my truck also has a shit ton of blow-by, like if the oil filler cap is on it pushes oil out the dip stick tube(it did this when i was makin 43lbs also and yes the breather is working cause white smoke pours out) i just rigged up a tube form the oil cap to the intake and now no more dip stick leaks, any input is great and thanks

is all that info too confussing for everyone on here??? i got my fuel pressure holding at 20psi but still didnt affect boost, is the problem that i need to fine tune my afc housing a little more?

43 psi on a HX35 or WH1C(depending on which your truck has) is too much anyway.
Any pressure over 40 psi is just wasted energy and making hot air instead of cool air.

Your fuel pressure is way to low if it is pulling down to 5 psi and needs addressed.

HX40/14 will make less boost than a HX35/WH1C due to the exhaust housing size and at 38 psi I woul;d bet money on the wastegate being set to open there. You will see more crankcase pressure with a larger charger and may need to vent it in a second place such as you have. Many of us just did the Case breather covers to get the added ventilation.

thanks man, i did get the fuel pressure holding around 20psi at wot and the 14 is a non wastegated housing, what is too high of a number for a 40 to be pushing? since 40+ is too much for a HX35
