opinons please fellas.

raptor 150 gph fuel pumps? are they good? would i be better with a airdog 150? just got done reading about the raptor... price is a little cheaper but i would rather spend more if the airdog is alot better.. final goal is 550 dd hp. thats guys in advance:c::c:

either will support that HP, the Raptor uses the stock filter to filter the fuel and the stock heater but it eliminates the factory mechanical lift pump.

the AD150 uses a pre-filter and a lower micron filter to filter the fuel and allows you to remove the factory fuel filter and heater and eliminates the factory mechanical lift pump.

i have an AD150 i am installing on my Dodge for better filtration of my fuel.

With the AD 150 you gota remove the grid heater? :nope:

no the fuel heater. it is below the fuel filter mounted on the side of the block on a 2nd gen 12 V truck. unsure if it is the same on a 24V truck.

with the AD150 you run a new fuel hose from the new pickup in the tank to the pump, then from thhe pump to the injection pump.

on the Raptor 150 you have to use the factory filtering because it doesn't have integrated filters like the AD

You can't go wrong with either unit. If you have the $$$ do the Airdog which will give you better filtration than stock and you can go longer between filter changes.

The raptor doesn't have air seperation. I have an Airdog II on my pickup.

i went with the ADII and love it. anyone know if they make an add on for the air dog that make it have a fuel heater to replace the fuel heater that you get rid of? thatd be awesome!
