How do u grind the AFC arm and what does it benefit?

Grind it flat and tak about an 1/8th to 1/4 of an inch off.

It allows for more rack travel. And its needed to get the full benifet of a mack rack plug!

How much more power will that give and where could I get a mack rack plug?
