High end out performs my low end. How to fix?

After putting an hx35 with a 7 blade compressor wheel in my 97 and 80 hp injectors along with taking the fuel plate out, the low end is quick but doesn't perform as well as my high end. I think this is due to shifting because its an automatic. When I get after it in the low end the shifting is a little slow. How could I fix the low end?

Well, with no sig and knowing next to no details about your trans, I have to assume its stock. So: low stall billet converter, and more line pressure. It does better on the high end because the convertor is locked and all the power is going to the road. The low end (1-2-3) is anemic because the converter is slipping the whole time, bleeding all your low end power off in trans-killing heat and only sending to the ground what Dodge thought wouldn't make the underbuilt trans they put in these trucks pee itself all over the road. Your engine isn't the problem.

put a fuel plate back in, keep boost under 35psi so you do not kill your HP with too much back pressure.

I would be curious to know what your before and after boost readings are, my trucks a pig on the bottom end but it's because of the poor thought process that went into my turbo as a daily driver. If your issues happened after the compressor wheel change you may have an issue with pushing enough air. Leaks, bad assembly, etc... If you have leaks you may be putting the fire out and not lighting your turbo. Also try keeping the foot out of the throttle a bit more on the lower end, it seems to help mine light quicker.....

Agreed on the sig, it's near impossible to help without one. Mostly just guessing since we have no idea what you have.....
