Phat Shaft VS High Tech

Alright, Im sick of all the young kids around here driving 40 thousand dollar cummins trucks that have a map sens ripped out so they can blow smoke.Thats all that matters to them besids how high they can lift them. I'm putting everything i got in my truck now. Its been down watin for my Tranny for a while now and i'm gettin it next thursday. april 3-4. And before i go and fill her up after the strike i'm gonna buy a turbo while i still got money. lol. I cant decide what one though... Theres the phat shaft 64/14 for a grand or the high tec for 1200. Anybody got an opinion on which to go with? I maybe able to get an Hx40 for300$ but i'm still wating to find out. With my mods in the sig what do yall think would be the best way out?

Phat shaft 64 all the way :U:

Oh and by the way i'm seventeen, and I don't do that. I have see "young kids" do it just as some grown men do it to... Why you say young kids? :poak:

I'm leaning that way mostly because of price and a friends experience but he was putting more to the ground than I so i hope i got enough to use its max potential. What about arora, Max Spool, All the others? hx40?

I carry both but prefer the Customer Service and Product that HTT Offers!
There basicly the same product, HTT has actully been in the turbo buisness longer.

I have a friend running a aurora 5k on his cr and it flat moves. He dynoed at around 580 with it before he got his TNT tune and his very expensive tranny. but its not cheap. Not sure about max spool though.

They are all good turbo's. I run an HTT Promax and it works really well and reliable.

HX40's are prone to breakage, even with recent advancements. They are cheap, you just have to put a backup unit in the tool box. HTT is a pretty reputable outfit and have allowed some discounts for upgrades later if you outrun that particular unit. Both companies use S300 turbos and do their own massaging.

i know you can get a super B special from farmboysdisel for about the same cost but it comes with the hx-40 down pipe and has extended tip 64 compresser better deal IMO

Im sure one or more Dieselbombers sponsors can beat Farmboysdiesel prices on a BD Turbo. :humm:
