Yes, there's an O-ring between the housing and center section in my HX40W, the HX60 has a V-band clamp...

I fixed the HX40W and now it seems like my HX60 was either improperly balanced or had too low oil pressure to it... i'm seeing oil everywhere and now it has serious side to side play...

looks like my HX60 will be taken in for service, are there any special wheels for it i should be looking to get ?

no way.... Well damnit. Looks like i've been running 40 psi the last two days without that Oring... I should try to find one...

wow you get better boost than i got, i only got 30psi at WOT in 4th with that ring missing :) hehehe

now it seems i won't get any more than 20ish psi, that HX60 is JAMMED....

you need to get a whole rebuild set to get the ring if i'm not mistaken, if you cant get it, you should be able to use red sikaflex and a standard black o-ring in the correct size... the stock ring is heat proof, red... but the red sikaflex should seal up fine, that's what it's doing on my truck at least...

I can hit 45 pretty easy. I back off the throttle though.

Thats on stock 1994 160 injectors


Though my 40 housing is rather tight... i'm not really sure I could get an o ring in there?
