03 using oil
 

i have 222,000 miles on my cummins and it is using 3 qts of oil between oil changes im using mobile 1 synthetic and when it idles it sounds like it has a mild cam, its stock. im thinking the valve seats are shot or the valve guides are done. what do you think?!
