A/C PROBLEMS

My O5 dodge w/ 122k on it has got an a/c problem....the two vents on the driver side blow nice & cold but the two vents on the passenger side blow a lot less cold & I'm getting little pieces of black/gray foam coming out of my vents...is it the in cab filter? How hard would it be to take it apart, clean evertything out, and reassemble?

IF it has a cabin filter Im not assure if they do or not. But most are located under the hood in the firewall or under that plastic vent. Im not a 100 percent o. Thia but there easy to replace.

I had that preblem. In my case it was a sign that the ac system had a leak and was loosing pressure. The bits comming out II dont know but you might wasnt to drop your fan motor anf see if the door in there is broken or has fallen off. Mine did and I had to fix where it mounted to the little motor. I dont think we have filters but I will look. May just be that nasty foam they seal everything with.

It does not look like we have a cabin filter. The ram van and sprinter do though.

Sounds like the common blend door breakage...look up "Heater Treater", they have a pretty good write up on the problem and a solution.
