Default Fuses

I have a 2006 Dodge diesel. I have no right turn signal or brake light for truck or trailer. Have checked all of the fuses and they are good. Is there a breaker somewhere or is there something else that I can do to fix this? I have been told that I need a new fuse box or a breaker needs to be reset. Any ideas would be appreciated.

The TIPM has failed, you will need to have the dealer either reset (a one-time thing) or replace...the 2006 seems to have more issues with the TIPM than other years.
