swaping a 47re for a 48re

So my brother picked up a used (we know it works it was installed when he bought it) ats stage 3 48re with a co pilot system, torq converter, and trans cooler he also has the tranfer case that mates the the ats. The only thing is my brothers truck is a 2003 so it has the 47re. What do we have to do to get a 48re to work in his truck. I know the 48re has a electric shifter and the 47re is shifted with a cable so that has to be converted but thats about all I know. also is there any thing I should know when instaling the torq converter? Also the co pilot did not come with a wiring harness will I need that to gett the truck to work?

Call ATS about the harness I bought mine from them! You will need the wiring harness and control box "Brain" to run it in the 03. Give ATS a call about your options on that you may be able to swap all the parts into your tranny! The TQ is just a bolt on make sure you have about 1/8" clearance to the flex plate before bolting it on again talk to ATS!

I called ATS and they couldnt give me much info. How do you like the co pilot? the only difference in the wireing is the nuetural safty I think and its 5 wires instead of 3. Are you talking about ther ecu and harness for the whole truck?
