Default Cp3 problems

Need some expert advice again fellas my 05 cummins gave me another fit yesterday I put the industrial injection bop on the cp3 ( what a local mec told me I needed to get rid of a code I was getting p1223) and I hauled hay for about 4 hours with my tuner on stage 3 and had no problems but when I drove to work it blew 2 freeze plugs out of the pump one behind the fca and on on the bottom of the pump and started leakin fuel my question is what caused it to do that and it has a squeal at about 1300 ( sounds like a belt squeal but removed the belt and it still does it) what would be a good replacement for it or do yall think it done internal damage to the motor no fuel got in the engine thanks in advance for all the help

Sounds like you didn't get the checkball put back in,but I can't believe it would last that long if that was the case!

When I was putting the bop on I put a little lube on the spring to hold the ball in place I had a rag under the pump but never saw it, where is the best place to get a new pump

stock pumps are good for up to 500hp so that all depends on your overall hp goal

Would a stock pump supply enough for 90 hp injectors if I did go bigger? I don't want to go to big because of needing to pull a trailer from time to time

i have a customers truck running 90hp DDPs with a EFI Live tune that is larger then a smarty on SW9 and a silver bullet 66 and he's still running the stock CP3 with an airdog lift pump.
