help. broken output
 

i just found out that what i thought ws my inout shaft was actually a broken output shaft. so my question is since all my gears are pressed into it. what is the best way to deal with this? am i going to have to get a new tranny or is there a decently cheap way to have it fixed. price estimates would be great
