I heard from my cummins guy that adding 100 hp injectors will eventualy smoke cylinder 6 unless you have head work done. Any body have any comments id love to hear them

Yeah my neighbor smoked his #6 cylinder so he is on like his 4th motor because of that cylinder.

#6 is the hottest hence more fuel more heat! BUT it's usually a bad injector that eats pistons and it can be any cylinder. There is a coolant bypass that will help the rear cylinders available but it's more for pressure than heat.

can you explain more or point us in right direction to look "website" what ya'll prefer to use.

Just google billet freeze plug for 5.9 cummins or coolant bypass
