I've heard the New truck's have something from the Factory to speed up warm up time.
Electronic or Mechanical

Is there any aftermarket system available to warm up the motor in -30* C

If its an automatic, the dealer can enable the fast idle option in the ECM and you turn it on/off using the cruise control...

Manual-equipped trucks are a little trickier, and use the PTO circuit to adjust RPM...but it should have an auto-fast idle already enabled? It should go into a fast idle whenever sitting and coolant temps drop.

I am assuming you already have winter fronts, battery blankets, etc?

That would be the exhaust brake. Starting with the 6.7, the VGT turbo incorporates an integrated exhaust brake. Very sweet. I just got a Pacbrake PRXB for my 5.9 '07. I'd recommend a Pacbrake as the best warm-up help for a pre-6.7 truck. Also great for towing. Service brakes have been reported to last 200k miles on exhaust brake-equipped trucks.

I have the fast idle Enabled

I was wondering about a Jake Brake

Thx
