P0521 leads to a faulty oil pressure switch. Warm oil will catch it faster than cold oil. The P0480, either got a bad fan clutch or the wiring is damaged (hopefully on the clutch end). The plug is on the drivers side of the harm. balancer (be a big square plug), trace the wiring from it up to the fan. Any damage, need to replace the clutch. The P0148 was an intermittent condition, but factors of that code are:

OTHERS DTC’S PRESENT
FUEL LEAKS
FUEL CONTROL ACTUATOR
FUEL PRESSURE SENSOR
CASCADE OVERFLOW VALVE
CHECK VALVE DAMAGED OR BLOCKED
FUEL RETURN LINES OBSTRUCTION, DAMAGE, OR DEBRIS
LIFT PUMP FLOW
AIR IN FUEL SYSTEM
LEAKING FUEL INJECTORS OR HIGH PRESSURE CONNECTORS
PRESSURE LIMITING VALVE
HIGH PRESSURE FUEL PUMP
INTERMITTENT CONDITION
