tranny rebuild problems need help quick

I just rebuilt my 48re tranny and VB put on a transgo shift kit with a ats 5 star TC filled it with fuild and took it out for a 3 mile test drive everything went great until everything went wrong on the way home I totally lost everything it didnt want to go anywhere pulled it over and had fluid coming out of the front seal and the TC was super hot towed it back home and it stopped leaking I think it just need to relive the pressure and I dont think I blew the seal and now it wont move in reverse or drive unless I leave it in nuetral and charge the convertor what went wrong and how can I fix it. Did i totally blow the TC out somehow?

did you mess w/ the reverse band? if it's too loose the piston will get bound somehow and burn up the trans pretty quick.

how easily did the torque converter slip in? did the trans reseat on the bellhousing effortlessly or did you snug it up w/ the bolts? hopefully the converter was seated all the way and you didn't take the pump out if that's even possible on these.

short of that not quite sure what else would cause that.

I felt the covnertor seat on the pump as i was sliding it on I was turning it and felt the three click firts splines second slpines and then the pump and the trans wnet on with ease.

In the other posting you said you ran your transmission with 7 quarts? I felt that you burnt up your transmission.
