You don't say what your edge is set on, what your boost is etc. Also what is your fuel pressure at the lift pump?

Well with edge on 4-5 it seems like it starves for fuel? The cs monitor says its boost is at 34psi and rail pressure at 18-19 is what the cs says..so i have no idea

This should generate a fair amount of responses. Since I'm fairly new to cr, the boost sounds ok but if you mean the rail pressure is 18-19,000 I think that might be a bit low depending on rpm and load. Your question about lift pump failing was why I asked about the pressure supplied by the lift pump not the rail pressure. Lift pumps failing in these truck seem to be common, which is why I put in a FASS pump at 47k. Pump pressure needs to be at least 8-10 lbs so that number would need to be known before an opinion on the lift pump is given.

your boost numbers look fine, and 18-19k rail pressure is alittle low, what is your fuel pressure? when u get on it first your lift pump is probloby bogging down and after 4-5 seconds it catches up and thus thats when u see the power increase. my '03 when i put the hammer down the rail pressure can easily reach 25k and fuel pressure never goes under 8.5psi. is your lift pump factory? hope this is helpful

Lift pump can't keep up with the demand, so an aftermarket will fix er up. Don't get too reckless in the mean time. Starve the CP3, then you starve the injectors, and it's gonna cost you in a short time.
