Throttle Position Sensor Location

Hey, I've been looking all over the internet but can't get an answer to where the TPS is located on an automatic '06 Cummins.
The Dodge place said it's above the pedal. I bought a new TPS from O'Reilly's but it doesn't match what the Dodge place is saying and the O'Reilly's people are saying that's (sensor being above the pedal) wrong but doesn't know where it might be. So, any help would be great. Thanks.

It's the entire pedal assembly on the 06's. Those you can't adjust, once they start acting up, got to replace.

Oh, wow- they definitely gave me the wrong part. This is the part they gave me looks like: http://info.rockauto.com/getimage/ge...TH190_FULL.jpg
The thing is, I only have problems every now and then- it will happen for a few days straight then will be fine for 1-2 months and it will happen again eventually. When I'm coming to a complete stop, it feels like something pushes from behind twice then it suddenly stops. At take-offs sometimes, it feels like I'm pulling something heavy and gets released suddenly.
But now that yall showed me where the TPS is really located, it makes more since.
I already returned the part pictured and I'm going to wait on this until I know exactly what's causing the problem. Thank yall!!
