i was wondering if this would cause any problems? had some soot around this area also

Wow how many miles on that? You will lose some drive pressure lowering your boost!

Not sure how many miles, truck has about 140,000, but its not the original, was put on before i bought it at the dealership, said it was a rebuilt one

i have only put on about 30,000 before i noticed it

Is it ok to run with this turbo??

The crack will get bigger and alot of drive pressure will be lost! If the dealer put it on a year ago it may be covered! Give them a call!
