06 dodge a/c problem

in the last few weeks my fan on my a/c has been screwy. some times it works some times is doesn't. also the a/c on and off button works even when the fan switch is turned to the off position. i just wanted to throw it out there to see if anybody has had the same problem. thanks:c:
