wheel problem???

hey guys why i was home driving my truck my passenger front wheel kept coming loose... well the 2nd time it happened it broke 2 studs and lost 3 lug nuts. i have 20" wheels with 37" tires and i know you have to torque them from time to time but like i said the only 1 ive had problems with is that front right wheel...do you guys think new studs and lug nuts would fix this? all help is much appreciated

That size tire puts alot of stress on the hub assembly. This problem is caused by the lug nuts not being tightened enough or stud failure. replace all the studs and check the seats on the rim. Where the lug nut rests on the rim. If they got destroyed your only option is to have the seat recut or replace the rim. You can put that rim on the rear less stress back there "no turning" Over tighten the nuts to force the seats back into shape. But I feel the rim is shot!

are you sure you have the correct wheels? mabye something is hitting the tire or wheel not allowing it to go on correctly that doesnt make any sense for it to be doing that. mabye the wheel was made wrong and its not flat where the hub bolts to it or mabye the hub its self is not flat you might take it to a tire shop or the dealer if its under warranty and have them check it out
