Default Crankcase Vent Filter Screws
The T25 secure torx bit that removes the pump cover on a VP44, will remove the filter screws on the 03-07 5.9 CR's.

I assume this is the filter under the valve cover's plastic cover?

Do they have a change schedule?

From the looks of it, don't need to replace it, or rather do anything with it.
