Had a phat shaft 62 on my 07' did the same thing, perform a running diagnostics with a top notch scanner like A Gennesis or a scanner Equivilent to, I bet your Fuel Pressur under a load is lower than Fuel Pressure at an idle, (that was my case) Cause...Restricted Fuel Lines. Cure...unhook fuel lines from motor, drain all fuel from tank, pressure up fueltank and watch sand blow out of unhooked fuel lines at motor, drop tank and inspect.Took me about two hours to do this. Tank didnt look to bad but I had a F*** load of s*** in my fuel lines. I dont know why but I did. hooked everything back up, ran a running Diagnostics again and BAMMM, problem solved. The truck ran good before I cleaned the lines the Turbo would just Squeal whenever I boosted over 18 Pounds. I aint no professional but this was my findings. hope the info is helpful to you, took me six months to figure it out:argh: Good luck:c:

My truck does this also, I know this is an older post, but does anyone else have any ideas on this? Has anyone else had success with cleaning the fuel lines? I've been chasing this squeel for quite a long time.

I found the exhaust manifold after the EGR was lose. Two bolts, thats it and I put a new turbo in it and it still made the same noise. All it was was 2 freaking bolts!!! Well at least I got a new turbo. I do think it was going out but now I know to allways check the exhaust bolts!:scare2:

i just had this happen thought the turbo was toast found the turbo to manifold bolts had backed off causing the gasket to flutter to a high pitch squeal Spray some windex around the manifold and look for bubbles! Bubbles at an idle are a dead give away!
