Default 03 dodge fuel problem??????

im workin on a 03 2500 4dr short bed i just recently converted to in tank pump truck has 110000 miles on it and is bone stock it was starvin for fuel with old lift pump so i conviced dude to change over to in tank pump truck ran so much better after the swap its been done bout a week and he was out today with loaded dump trailer and total loss of power poping and just no power at all. for one whats normal press on the rail and at the filter housing and any ideas ???? it def feels like fuel problem no codes in ecm so any input would be helpful

12 to 15 psi at idle and you used the factory lift pump in the tank from dodge? Also when did you change fuel filter last?

even if you just changed the filter the intank pump probably sucked up all the crap that was in there! Change it again! Check for kinks and or restrictions. Stock pressure can drop as low as 2-5 psi at full throttle! Get an airdog!!

filter was changed when i did the swap but its my unks truck it took him a year to buy the swap kit so i hope it didnt take the cp3 out with it . i goin to take filter out and see if theres trash in it what normal press on the rail at idle so when i put puter on it ill know if thers a restriction

You cant burn up a cp3 like a vp44. Whens theres no lift pump the truck will shut off. Ive been through 2 factory pumps b4 the AirDog, so I wouldnt worry about the cp3 yet

ok sweet cuz he would **** if i told em he needs a cp3 he doesnt take care of his truck i started doin his services around 70000 and it had original fuel filter on it .

Be prepared to replace injectors! 70k on fuel filter = 2500. in parts real soon!
