Rail pressure
anybody have a link to a wiring diagram for a quadzilla monitor? trying to figure out the wire for the rail pressure I'm only reading 12500??? I used to read 21000 to 25000 depending on my MP-8 position!
---AutoMerged DoublePost--- Ok I verified the wiring now anybody know why a truck would have rail pressure around 4600 psi??? This # is way off! I think this is a false reading because the truck runs fine! Except the MPG are in the dumps! |
Is the CP3 stock??
|
I have an Arson Kit on it.
|
could be a bad sensor or maybe the limiting valve on the rail. Is it reading 4600 at idle or higher in the rpm range??
|
Yeah 4600 at Idle and climbs to 11 to 12k at full throttle.
|
I think you broke it. :oops3:
Unless you did something to the monitor I would be worried you have a problem. The mileage going down could indicate just that. |
If only tou had High pressure caps to deadhead the cp3 at the rail

Any way to verify rail pressure thru the ECM? The quadzilla commander just taps the MAP sensor for the reading. Not sure how acurate this is but it used to say 21 to 23k then I took out the max milage module and it changed? Waiting on a reply from them!

What order did you plug them in? Gauge first then mp8 otherwise If you have the mp8 first, your reading the fooled pressure from the mp8 which allows the cp3 to command more than it's actually seeing.
---AutoMerged DoublePost--- AlsLAoso here's the link to the manual.... http://www.quadzillapower.com/files/...Instr_6_09.pdf |
